Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 head Butter Lettuce
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 head Red Leaf Lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Red Onion Sliced into rings
  • 1 1/2 cups Sliced Strawberries (Can use other berries or fresh fruit)

Dressing

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp White Vinegar

Instructions

Salad

  1. Chop Lettuce in bite sized pieces

  2. Slice strawberries and red onion

  3. Mix together and add shredded cheese.

Dressing

  1. Mix until well blended. Pour on salad just before serving.

Recipe Notes

*We also like to add chopped grilled chicken as an added protein.
