- 1 head Butter Lettuce
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce
- 1 head Red Leaf Lettuce
- 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 1 Red Onion Sliced into rings
- 1 1/2 cups Sliced Strawberries (Can use other berries or fresh fruit)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Poppy Seeds
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 4 tbsp White Vinegar
Chop Lettuce in bite sized pieces
Slice strawberries and red onion
Mix together and add shredded cheese.
Mix until well blended. Pour on salad just before serving.
*We also like to add chopped grilled chicken as an added protein.
